Summer Beauty Smoothie Bowl

Fiber, water, and antioxidants are the big players when it comes to feeling your best in the summertime. Prebiotic fiber nourishes a happy gut- which means less bloating and distension. Antioxidants in fruits, nuts, and seeds unleash a stream of anti-inflammatory compounds that protect your skin cells from damaging UV rays. Healthy fats + protein will keep you satisfied and will help you make balanced choices throughout the day!

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach or mango
  • 1/2 cup 2% greek yogurt
  • 1/2 serving vanilla protein powder (~15 g protein)
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • Water or milk to reach desired consistency

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend, blend, blend
until smooth.

Top with: fresh berries, nuts or drizzled almond butter, chia seeds, sliced banana, muesli
