Performed on a massage table with stabilization straps, FST™ allows you to fully relax while Ashlee guides you through gentle, dynamic stretches customized to your body.

    FST™ is the perfect complement to personal training. It helps improve mobility, flexibility, and posture, while reducing soreness, preventing injury, and enhancing performance. By calming the nervous system, FST™ also supports better sleep, digestion, and faster recovery—so you can show up stronger for each workout.
